Regent Bridge south screen arch, Waterloo Place
The Regent Bridge, described in its listed buildings entry as 'an outstanding feat of civil engineering', spans the deep ravine of Low Calton at a height of 50 feet. It is screened on both sides by triumphal arches in the style of the Greek Revival that commemorate the Battle of Waterloo. This is the south screen arch with an open vista across Waverley Station.
