A plaque for Owen Williams on the Kings Head public house in Llandudno. Owen Williams had a key role in the development of the modern town of Llandudno. Over a meal in the Kings Head he suggested that the area would be excellent for the development of a tourist resort. The agent for the local landowner who was present passed on the suggestion to his boss, Lord Mostyn.
