St. Rumon's Cross. Redruth, Cornwall
This 14th Century stone cross stands in front of ornamental gardens of the same name. They are within the ruined walls of Druids Hall, which from 1904 started to show magic lantern shows, and subsequently became one of the first cinemas. It was called Jenkins Picturedrome. In 1954 it became a Bingo Hall and burned down in 1984. See also SW6941 : St Rumon's Gardens, Redruth, Cornwall
