When the lifeboat is safely in the cradle the tractor hauls the trailer out of the water, up the back beach, along Lifeboat Lane and into the RNLI's lifeboat house.

This is the reverse of the procedure for launching the lifeboat but a launch happens so fast that the chances of photographing the dramatic event are slim.
