Built in 1903 for Joseph Causton & Sons Ltd, later occupied by Freemans & Co. (of catalogue fame), and converted into flats in 2008.
Beyond is Holland Rise House, one of four distinctive tower blocks in Lambeth, dating from 1966-67 by Lambeth Architect's Department.
