Round the back of the new Watford Fire Station (see TQ1195 : Watford Fire Station) is the new Fire Museum. Open on usually the first Saturday of the month April to October 1-4pm - see Link
. It is just across the road from the Watford Museum.
The appliance on display here is a 1937 Leyland open Pump Escape which was in use at St Albans until the 1960s.
