The better-known tower (TQ2981 : Centre Point, New Oxford Street (1)) was accompanied by this lower block joined by a bridge across St Giles High Street, and containing flats and shops. Interlocking concrete members below a curtain-walled block. All by Richard Seifert & Partners in 1959-66. Grade II listed.
