TQ9958 : Pile of dressed stone

taken 12 years ago, near to Painter's Forstal, Kent, Great Britain

Pile of dressed stone
Pile of dressed stone
These are lying at the bottom of the driveway to Kennaways, a property marked as Kennaways Hospital on the 1940s map. I have been unable to find any information about this hospital and wonder if this pile of stones, some quite elaborately carved, is associated with an old building on the site. TQ9958 : Common toadflax (Linaria vulgaris) on the left of the picture.
