Farm on the south slope of Wellington Wood,an ancient semi-natural woodland dating back at least to the 12th century. It lies on the south slopes of a range of hills between Hereford and Leominster composed of Silurian Rocks called The Bishops Frome Limestone (previously Psammosteus Limestone) slopes and plateau of a hill to the north of Hereford.
