The Old Lifeboat Station and Harbour Wall
The Old Lifeboat Station and Harbour Wall
Coverack used to be a thriving fishing port with a reputation for smuggling. Now most of the fishing boats have disappeared. The lifeboat station was closed in 1972. The village now has a mixture of retired incomers and holidaymakers along with families who have lived here for generations.
