NJ2233 : Grouse moor

taken 11 years ago, 4 km from Shenval, Moray, Great Britain

Grouse moor
Grouse moor
Looking up the southwest ridge of Knocknashalg. Continuing in this direction would lead you to the summit of Ben Rinnes.
The heather is not as deep as it looks and made for quite easy walking until peat hags were met higher up.
