Geograph - photograph every grid square

Now this I like.
It shows character and determination and a few other things.
I cannot count a Roaming Ginger Cat as a Geograph due to its motion outside grid lines even if it might be a classic English feature! This at least is moderately static.
If the boxes and bins matched would it be an improvement?
I always have concern for those poor telecommunications engineers crawling about in wet, cable strings, cold, dogs, leaf mould, flooded pits, panicked public users, vandals, car drivers, puddle tsunamis, children's bicycles, pushchairs, with frozen fingers trying to screw small links together and strip impossible casings from internal connection units. Presumably plugging fibre optic might mean dragging thick cables up plastic pipe but I guess sometimes they misfit. And what are we now to do with hundreds of bits of, entrenched street, Cable TV? In that Sky, Satellite and Wireless has taken over with Digital, what a waste of our streets and tarmac and the fingers of contract excavation labour, for a fly-by-night commercial promotion short term event.
