The home of Bromley Labour Club. The name commemorates one of Bromley's most famous celebs, the writer H G Wells.
Sadly though, he didn't seem to rate the town of his birth very highly, rather churlishly refusing Freedom of the Borough, implying that he already had freedom of the City of London and wasn't going down market.
