See R0652 : The "Shannon Willow" at Killimer. The “Shannon Heather” (built in Dartmouth in 1968) had been the other ferry on the Tarbert – Killimer crossing of the River Shannon. At the time of the photograph she was laid up at Arthurstown pending introduction on the nearby Ballyhack – Passage East crossing of the River Suir S7010 : Crossing the Suir. There is a considerable difference between the Google map and the satellite photograph.
