SN7780 : Fuches Wen

taken 12 years ago, 3 km from Ponterwyd, Ceredigion/Sir Ceredigion, Great Britain

Fuches Wen
Fuches Wen
Fuches Wen (foreground) is a minor grassy summit in the Cambrian hills south of the Pumlimon massif. The slightly more subtantial hill in the background is Pen Dihewyd.

This square is used entirely for open sheep grazing. There are three valleys containing streams which merge to form the Nant Fuches Wen, which leaves the square in NW to feed the river Rheidol.
