Offa's Dyke Path, Hatterall Ridge
Offa's Dyke Path, Hatterall Ridge
The section of Offa's Dyke LDP which crosses the Black Mountains is the highest part of the 177 miles path. Here it is viewed at grid ref. SO278309. Offa's Dyke does not go over the black mountains, there is a gap in the dyke from Monmouth to Kington. The Olchon Valley and The Black Hill can be seen in the background.
