Farmland

This grid square is largely unremarkable, comprising a mixture of arable and grazing land in the Tas Valley, approximately five miles south of Norwich. The land is gently sloping, reaching a peak of 59m at TG247017 and a low of just under 35m in the south-west corner. The only public right of way crossing this square is a short stretch of road in the north-west corner. This picture was taken from a public bridleway in a nearby square. The bridleway is on the route of Boudica's Way, a 38-mile walk between Norwich and Diss, named after the warrior queen of the Iceni.
