Ford's Foundry 10 December 2011 (1)
The junction of the Old Warwick Road / Myton Road with Prince's Drive is sometimes called Ford's Corner. It is dominated by views of this extension to the foundry, which gives a better impression of the site than what lies behind. It was probably built in the early 1990s after the M40 extension opened: see SP3165 : Ford Foundry extension. By the time of this photo the demolition of the old works had been proceeding for a couple of weeks.
