The prominent tower at the southwest corner of the extension carried a big illuminated Ford logo: see SP3165 : Ford Foundry extension. Now we can see how many neon tubes it had. By the time of this photo demolition had been proceeding for a couple of weeks. Mixed development is planned for the site, including yet another supermarket south of the river. Can this be right when, surely, most of the population of Leamington and Warwick is to the north?
