A potential building plot according to the advertisement of a local estate agent - but this would be dependent on the whim or rules of the Highland Council Planning Department. The walls of Badgallach were not up to window height so I suspect the estate agent had over-optimistic expectations on what the market value of the land could be. The site had a distant view of the Cromarty Firth.
