Sheep pasture near Trees House
Sheep on the slopes above the headwaters of Oak Beck. The tiny stream in the valley bottom is a 'misfit' as the wide valley has been formed through the action of glacial meltwater spilling over the low watershed just west of this point from the Washburn Valley, which itself received meltwaters from glaciated Wharfedale via the col at SE130550 [where present A59 runs].
