Ruins below Battery Pool (6)

Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, taken from Battery Pool this area and that below previously employed people to fashion pots and pans from brass sheets.
This area was opened in 1765 and subsequently developed in the 1780's.
Note the disclouration of the water exuding from the stream.
