Wortley Hall Hotel in Wortley Park
Wortley Hall, set in 26 acres of parkland, was built in the 18th century and was the seat of the Wharncliffe family until the Second World War.
In 1950, a co-operative of trade union activists purchased the hall for use as an educational, holiday and conference centre. It is also now popular as a wedding venue.
