Highgate East Tunnels, eastern portals
The tunnels cannot now be approached as a wire fence prevents this. Beyond the tunnels lie the derelict remains of Highgate (High Level) station, which, had Hitler's War not intervened, would now be operational with tube trains from Moorgate to Bushy Heath.
