Grade II* listed.
15th C. timber framed building, near the church, on Water Lane. The brick part was added in 1671 by Matthew Hartnup. On a front beam is the name "Matthew Hartnup" between 2 hippopotami. The doorcase has single petalled roses of York and Lancaster. The courtyard is paved in Bethersden marble.
