SN8909 : Sgwd Gwladus waterfall on the Afon Pyrddin

Sgwd Gwladus waterfall on the Afon Pyrddin
Sgwd Gwladus (Welsh; the 'Lady's Falls' - referring to Gwladus, a beautiful daughter of Brychan, King of Brycheiniog in the 5th century) falls some 20 ft (6.1 m) over a lip of sandstone.
Here the flow is low and after rain the flow is much broader. The waterfall is set in a wooded amphitheatre making a pretty stunning setting.
As I approached a pair of Dippers whirred over the waterfall like two toys, their little wings carrying their fat bodies skyward.
