The Anglican parish church is in the south Herefordshire hamlet of Welsh Newton.
It was built in the 13th century, with alterations and additions in the 14th.
The roof dates from the 16th century. The church was restored in 1869. Grade I listed in February 1966.

Grade I, the highest category, is awarded to buildings of exceptional interest, sometimes considered to be internationally important. Only 2.5% (25 in 1000) of all listed buildings are Grade I.
