Gorsedd Circle, Millennium Park
A gorsedd is a stone circle that is used as part of the druidic ceremonies when the National Eisteddfod comes to a Welsh town (a Welsh cultural festival that takes place once a year in different towns around the principality). The gorsedd is especially built for this purpose, rather than being an ancient monument. This gorsedd was built in 2000 when the National Eisteddfod visited Llanelli.
