SK5419 : The end of the line

taken 12 years ago, near to Loughborough, Leicestershire, England

The end of the line.
The end of the line.
This bridge carried the Great Central Railway over the Grand Union Canal and onwards to Nottingham. There is now a gap between the Loughborough based GCR and the Nottingham branch based at Ruddington. The plan is to bridge this gap but I heard £10 million mentioned.
