This section of the grounds is reached from Plas Ty Coch by an underpass similar to that of Plas Brereton. SH4964 : The underpass track from Plas Brereton to the Boat House. The ornate gates in the far wall lead to the foreshore. Similar ornamental gates are found on the landward side of the underpass. On the extreme right of the photo is a section of the track from the Plas Brereton underpass to the boathouse SH4964 : Another view of the new Plas Brereton boathouse.
