Bradford Cathedral - sanctuary
The easternmost end of the Cathedral.
Bradford Cathedral
The parish church of St Peter, Bradford has 14th century origins. Like many parish churches it was extensively restored and altered in the 19th century. It became a cathedral (of the Anglican diocese of the same name) in 1919. A new east end was built in 1963. Since 2014 it is now one of three cathedrals of the Diocese of West Yorkshire and the Dales.
Listed grade 1 (list entry number 1133250). Link
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REUSE - photography in the Cathedral is not supposed to be used for commercial purposes without permission. I have therefore only submitted these photos at 640px size and will not release a larger image unless convinced that the reuse will respect that restriction.
