Satchwell Place, Royal Leamington Spa
One of the early developments as Leamington grew into a spa town was this row of buildings constructed in 1810. It used to house Hopton's Boarding House and the name commemorates Benjamin Satchwell of Leamington Priors, a significant figure in the growth of Leamington into a Spa town. The building was restored between 1979 and 1981 and is in a secluded area behind the main streets.
