taken 12 years ago, near to Dawlish, Devon, Great Britain

Former spring on Ashcombe Road
Former spring on Ashcombe Road
At this junction the uphill bank is reinforced with stone, and a niche is marked on the OS map as a spring. Although there is plenty of water flowing around the wall, there is no way to collect it nowadays.
