Dann's Valley, Richmond Park

The view is south-eastwards, up the frozen stream-bed towards Dann's Pond. The redness of the ground surface is due to dead bracken and many thousands of beechnut shells - along with disturbance of the surface by a herd of red deer which took up residence at the lower end of the valley for some weeks.
