Sunset at Pennington Flash
Sunset at Pennington Flash
A gaggle of geese just heading down to the flash for a last swim as the sun sets. Pennington Flash, originally formed by mining subsidence, was opened as a Country Park in 1981 to provide a range of recreational opportunities for local people and also to improve the ecology of the site which attracts numerous species of birds.
