Decorative tile on the former drill hall wall
The red and yellow brickwork on the former drill hall is punctuated with decorative tilework. The building, designed in the late 19th century by Gould and Fisher for the First West Yorkshire (York) Rifle Volunteer Battalion, stands on the corner of St Andrewgate and Colliergate and is currently in use as a hardware store.
