This stone has been placed on the edge of the grave yard, getting hidden by moss, yet the carved inscription reads: HERE LIETH THE BODY OF LUCY JAMES of NANTYGRO ES WHO DIED JULY 1796. ES possibly stands for Eldest Sister, Tylluan Wen suggests that ES is the remaining letters of Nantygroes, Thank you.
