SU6100 : Lifting hook, Forton Lake

taken 10 years ago, near to Hardway, Hampshire, Great Britain

Lifting hook, Forton Lake
Lifting hook, Forton Lake
A hook which once belonged to a lifeboat that's now buried and in a very poor state on the North shore of Forton Lake. This hook and another at what would have been the other end of the vessel are all that remain visible above the sediments.
