Beam engine parts - Crossness Pumping Station
Beam engine parts - Crossness Pumping Station
The bed plate and cylinder assembly of the 1888 Easton & Anderson Woolf compound beam pumping engine from Addington Pumping Station. This ceased work in 1975 and has been at Crossness awaiting re-erection for many years. The site also has the small engine that drove the overhead crane at addington and one of the Cornish boilers from the site.
