A grade II* listed, (of exceptional interest and of outstanding importance),
packhorse bridge over the River Esk. A single deep segmental arch constructed in roughly-coursed large sandstone, with a datestone in centre of parapet on downstream side, inscribed 1619 over the coat of arms of Thomas Ferris of Hull, who built it. Paved roadway, between coped abutments at either side, 6½ feet wide.
