Heathland around Stephill Bottom, New Forest
Looking east from the footbridge over the railway line, with the clump on Furzy Brow towards the left. The low ground imbetween is Stephill Bottom, a very damp and boggy area which is great for feeding ponies but bad for walkers with insubstantial footwear, even in the dry days of summer.
