Grain Power Station
The chimney is almost in the middle of the square. It is an oil-fired power station and has two 675 MW main units with a Generator Registered Capacity (GRC) of 1350 MW, and two open cycle gas turbines providing a further 58 MW GRC. Two similar main units, and three gas turbine units, are held in reserve. Most of the wheat field in the foreground is actually in TQ8876.
