In 2011 the ownership of the Town Hall at Hebden Bridge was transferred from Calderdale Council to Hebden Bridge Community Association. The Association developed ambitious regeneration plans plan which included new building to the side and rear of the Victorian town hall. Dubbed Hebden Bridge Creative Quarter Link

, the building will offer workspaces for around 30 small businesses, with meeting and seminar rooms and a large conference hall overlooking the riverside.
