taken 12 years ago, near to Heacham, Norfolk, England

Once Heacham station
Once Heacham station
Now holiday accommodation this was once the Railway Station at Heacham for the Kings Lynn to Hunstanton line. Closed to passenger from May 1969 the track was torn up during the following year. In many places the track bed cannot be seen and one would never know that there had been a railway here once.
