The road leads from Maugersbury to the A429 Fosse Way. The road used to continue to a junction with the A429 as it ascended Stow Hill. The junction was dangerous and an accident black spot and the road was closed off at a point behind the camera SP1924 : Road from Maugersbury [2]. The road forms part of the Macmillan Way long distance path.
