TQ4666 : No fowl today

taken 6 years ago, near to St Mary Cray, Bromley, Great Britain

No fowl today
No fowl today
A bird id sign alongside a dried up Priory Pond. Normally the pond, which forms the source of the River Cray, is two to three feet deep. However, in Spring 2012, after a long period of low rainfall, it had totally dried up, as seen here.

The object in the centre of the photo is a fountain - see TQ4666 : Fountain, dried up Priory Pond for closer view.
