TA1220 : After the Biomass Harvest

taken 17 years ago, near to South End, North Lincolnshire, England

After the Biomass Harvest
After the Biomass Harvest
This field of Willow has just been harvested. It appears that the maximum diameter of the branches was about 50mm. Presumably it now regenerates (For a photo taken in the same spot nine months later see TA1220 : Willow Biomass Crop). See TF0995 : Woodland Biomass Crop for a picture of a growing crop in another location.
