SK0071 : To Derbyshire Bridge

3 km from Macclesfield Forest, Cheshire, Great Britain

To Derbyshire Bridge
To Derbyshire Bridge
That's what the sign says after you've passed the Cat and Fiddle on the A537 . We're already in Derbyshire though. This is the old Macclesfield-Buxton road operating well before A or B classifications were thought of.
The line of the A537, with tiny vehicles just discernible is the straight line from the saddle to the left and sloping down to the right.
