Digital TV Switchover
Digital TV Switchover
Between 2008 and 2012, analogue television transmission, as used from the start of television in the UK, is being progressively switched off, region by region, with all terrestrial transmission becoming digital. One of the last regions to switch is London, which is due to change in two stages, on 4 April 2012 and 18 April 2012. As part of the preparation, a van is touring the region advertising the change and giving advice to members of the public.

Here is the van parked in Orpington High Street.
