Mickerdale Cottage, Harthill
Mickerdale Cottage, Harthill
An unusual grade-II-listed cottage nestles into Burwardsley Hill, on the edge of the coniferous woodland. Built of rock-faced red sandstone, it has an attached shippon (cow byre) and dates from around 1860. View from the public footpath between Bodnook Wood and Harthill Road.
